Anna J. Waters has been providing excellent counseling services to the Ogden community for over 20 years. Her philosophy is to treat the whole person body, mind, and spirit. Ann is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Registered Nurse, as well as a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor. She received her Master of Education in Psychology from the University of Utah. |
